The Alpine Studio Bed & Breakfast

Maybe we didn't understand what type of business this was...we thought it was a small store. We visited when our hiking plans were canceled due to snow. We were not greeted or spoken to the entire time we were browsing their shelves. It's a small space...it's not like we were lost in the crowd. We left without one word ever being spoken to us. My expectations for small businesses in small towns is a lot higher than this, at the very least acknowledge someone is in your store. Expectations were surpassed at the store a few doors down.

I've repeatedly stayed at the Alpine Studio because it's pretty much a perfect retreat- a funky, flexible, train station art cave in an ideal location. Every guest who joins me, from 2 to 70 years old, has agreed that it's the coolest and friends inevitably choose it as the place to hang out.

Very charming and charactered little house, bed was super comfortable and Liz was absolutely wonderful.

Great stay and an excellent host. We will return next time we are in Alpine!
