My friend & I both got a bag of chips, soda, cold pasta salad & then ordered a bacon egg & cheese on a plain bagel. We never even ate the breakfast sandwich when we opened it, there was runny yok everywhere, the egg was barely cooked along with two limp, fatty barely cooked pieces of bacon on a rubbery bagel. Neither of us enjoyed either pasta salad, they had a strange taste we couldn't quite figure out what it was. And so we enjoyed our chips and then went to wash them down with our sodas but they flat and tasted weird- but that was because they were expired. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Stopped at T&B provisions for a breakfast sandwich and it did not disappoint! The lightly toasted airy bread was my favorite part! The service was fast, the staff was very friendly and the dining area was clean. The prices are great, they also offer items to go and parking is available out front! Overall 10/10!

If you haven’t been here, you are seriously missing out! The service and hospitality are top tier. When I’m in the area I always order the avocado toast and any smoothie! Everything is absolutely amazing and have never been disappointed!

Great new local spot for breakfast, lunch, and prepared food! Great lunch or breakfast sandwiches at a great price. We stopped on way to Foxwoods which was convenient and will definitely be my go to spot. They also have seating inside and outside (with partial views of ocean). Overall I was really impressed with the food quality and options without it being pretentious or over-priced. Highly recommend !!
