Taza Grille Middle Eastern Restaurant

We eat at all the Halal restaurants within 50 miles on this quiet side of CT. This is the best. Clean place, kitchen, service. Large tasty portions. Prices very reasonable, staff clean and friendly. Nice ancient Egyptian Theme. We try to eat there everything we go to Costco or Crescent Beach! Wife is beautiful but is very fussy, and SHE likes Taza Grill! We will book for our next event!

My favorite Middle Eastern restaurant around the Lyme area. The lamb shawarma wrap is my go to sandwich. I can't forget the amazing baklava they have here too. It is one of the best baklavas I have ever had. Staff is friendly and service is fast.

I love this place!! I’m a soldier and drill in a nearby town. When I’m off work, I come straight to this place - the food is so delicious and the customer service is just as great! If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend taking the leap and trying!! The chicken shawarma is delicious. If you’re a newbie, try something and ask for a chicken shawarma in a wrap (which I have pictured here), it will come with their hummus and a salad. You can even get a side of fries. But I substitute the salad for tabuli (which I also added a pic of). Tabuli is a green mix of fresh parsley and mint and tomatoes, and garlic with lemon juice - so fresh and so good!! I wish I had this restaurant in my backyard I would come with all my friends!! I bring all the servicemembers in with me also. And awesome employ

Had an excellent lunch with my family. We were a big group of seven and the staff was super quick to move tables and booths to accommodate us. The food was DELICIOUS!! We had the chix shwarma platter, wraps, pitas. And the garlic paste is life changing!! The portions are HUGE!! Will definitely be back soon. Also super excited to try their new spot in Mystic!!

Absolutely delicious! The food was fresh and well prepared. The lamb stew was my absolute favorite. Love the music and Egyptian decor, very nice touch.
