Coastal Crust

Beautiful and clean restaurant! The cheese pizza was delicious and flavorful. We also had the pretzel which was so good! The owner and staff were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. I will definitely be back!

Pizza it was good! Crust was crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The lobster arancini flavorful and crisp, but could have used some more lobster. An interesting rendition on traditional arancini, as it is served with tartar sauce. It worked well! Lots of wait staff and the place became busy by 5:30 on a Saturday night. Reservations are possible. Ample parking behind the building.

We were regulars at illiano’s so we were excited to try the new place! The food was tasty. The crab waffle was confusing…surprisingly sweet. The margarita pizza was also good, but with a strong charred flavor and the crust was well done and crunchy. The short rib grilled cheese needed more cheese to be called a grilled cheese, or it just call it a sandwich, either way it was good. The interior is nice but so brightly lit. We will miss the cozy side room booths. Overall we hope this place sticks around so we can try more things on the menu.

Third time I have been here since they opened. Excited to see the place get such a needed face lift. Parking lot re-done thankfully. Talked to the owner she has been at the front every-time I have been here. Pizza is extremely good for this area. My service has been prompt and I get a feeling they will stay on the ball. Look forward to returning when I am in East Lyme. My server Monique was friendly and upbeat. Solid all around. Great family booth in the back!
