Tapestry House

My husband and I stayed at the Tapestry House for a wedding weekend in September. It was a truly wonderful and unique visit. The inn is beautiful–furnishings and details are perfect. Breakfasts were delicious and plentiful. Joan made us feel so welcomed. It was a memorable stay, and we hope to return!

Decor of the Tapestry House is stunningly beautiful! I have stayed at many bed & breakfasts, but this was exceptional. Joan is a warm, personable hostess who made us feel like it was our own home. Breakfast was a hot, delicious buffet. Rooms are large and comfortable. I recommend rooms number 2 & 8. Will definitely stay here whenever we go to Greenport!

We had the perfect getaway weekend at the Tapestry House B&B. We had originally stayed there about 15 years ago when it was the Bartlett House. Joan the owner was a wonderful hostess. She checked on us regularly as if she was a friend or relative which made us feel completely at home. The updates they did after taking over the place made the house feel light and airy. Thankfully the weather was beautiful for the weekend so we were able to enjoy breakfast on the deck. We staying in room 2, which has a large bathroom as well as a fireplace. The B&B is centrally located which enables you to walk into town to shop, see sightsee, and eat at the local restaurants. It is also a couple blocks from the Shelter Island ferry if you wanted to visit there. I would definitely recommend this plac

We had three rooms for three nights and had a wonderful stay. Joan is just great, as was everyone we came into contact with making our arrangements. Breakfasts are very special and magically cookies arrive later in the day. We asked where we could get the Sunday NY Times and again, magically it appeared. Thank you, Joan for making our trip to Greenport so special.
