American Beech Restaurant

Gytis was a lovely bartender and server. We went to black llama for drinks on a Friday and then to American beech Sunday night - my bridal party surprised me with a private room dinner. Both nights were great. Very attentive and the time was an unforgettable experience. Tasty drinks and delicious meals.

What a great brunch find! Overly generous portions, casual setting, excellent music and very friendly service (thank you Gytis). Our new favorite place on the North Fork!

Today I became engaged to my love of my life! It’s a day I will always remember. In slow motion I feel every kind a beautiful interaction I had at the American Beech restaurant. We received a warm welcome and congratulations from hostess Stephanie that made us both feel so special! For us that warmth and excitement would have been enough but with American Beech it was just the beginning. We received a complimentary champagne toast from Stephanie and our incredibly sweet server Sydney. The manager Amy came over as we asked for her as we wanted to let her know how above and beyond our entire experience was. She was so kind and appreciative of our compliments but truly the pleasure was all ours. This is an outstanding place with a kind and warm staff who are all about genuinely providing a 5

Really blown away by our meal at American Beech last night. The manager Ryan, made us feel right at home and shared a little bit of the backstory behind this awesome hotel/restaurant. We ordered the tuna tartare, caesar salad, whipped ricotta, and the blackened mahi to share. Our server Sydney was so super helpful in helping us make these choices. Everything was excellent from the kitchen! We definitely will return!

Fantastic dining experience -- in my opinion it's the best restaurant in Greenport. The food, decor, vibe, and service are all phenomenal. It's a place i feel comfortable coming in casual or dressed up. The seafood is fresh and the menu is creative. The duck confit is a MUST. Highly recommend.
