Taos Public Library

Called me accusing me of damaging a book I never checked out. I ordered the book by inter-library loan but never picked it up. What if I had picked it up? Would I be required to pay for damage I didn't cause? Unprofessional.

It's worth moving to Taos just for this amazing library!

We've gone here for years. Staff always irritated and seem overworked but never had a concern until today. WHAT are they allowing in the children's section? Books on sexuality? I don't care if it's a book on hedrosexuality or homosexuality or anything in between. DO NOT PUT THIS NEAR CHILDREN unless it's done by their Parent(!) from the adult section where all of the other sex ed books are. This is common sense!!

Love this wonderful asset for our community. Appreciate the diversity of materials and the patience of staff. I have always felt safe bringing my children to explore ideas. Thanks Taos Library!

We are fortunate to have such a great library in our small town. My children spent countless hours in the children's section while they were growing up. They're adults now, and they're still avid readers!
