Taco Bell

If I could give out zero stars I would. Or even negative 5 I would. This place was so horrible the burritos were hard, and we bought two family packs. Spent well over 50$ for our family of 7 adults and 1 child. I went back into the Taco Bell thinking that they know how to treat a customer since any other time I go to Taco Bell and have an issue they are usually friendly and remake it with no issues. I don't do this very often so I wasnt even worried about it. That was not my experience at all here. I give this place a -5 star due to manager shanda or shonda was the rudest person in customer service I have ever seen. She was yelling at me trying to argue the fact that the burritos were hard on the end of the tortillas. She refuses to try it herself, but expected me and my family of 8. I e

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service from Sheena! I stopped by the Taco Bell in Shamrock, TX around 10 PM expecting a quick bite before hitting the road, but instead, I got one of the best fast food experiences I’ve had. Sheena was absolutely incredible! Even that late at night, she greeted us with genuine warmth, made sure our order was perfectly fresh, and went above and beyond to make everything right. You could tell she truly cared about her job and the people she served. In a world where great customer service is rare, Sheena really stood out. The food was hot, the order was spot-on, and her positive attitude made our night. Taco Bell… if you see this, please recognize Sheena for representing your brand so well!

Food was not good at all. Wasn't made right and tasted old or uncooked. Customer service/manager whatever her name was was not only unprofessional she was rude and insulting. I knew I should of turned around when I opened the door and the Customers seating and eating looked like they weren't satisfied and the employees looked like they were just hanging out chatting more then running a restaurant. Usually I try to say what I did see or liked about a place but from the moment I got there until I left was just not pleasant.

Excellent service, on 11/29 at aprox 6:30 pm. Young lady at counter excellent. Staff in back , attention to detail. I wish that my Tulsa Bell (21st & Garnett) was up to these standards.

Absolutely love this location great staff and food, there's one female employee that my 7 yr old daughter just loves! She's goes above and beyond to make people smile, we could all take notes from her and we'd have a much better world to live in
