Indian Fusion Restaurant

Had the vegetable samosas (perfectly cooked!) with tamarind chutney and mint chutney, best I've ever had. I had the tandoori chicken, which was fantastic, wiith garlic cheese naan. My partner had butter chicken (her go to first time we try somewhere new) with garlic naan, which I also tried and it was delicious. Both were medium spice, but were definitely quite mild heat wise. Had a Mango Lassi to drink, it was tasty AND beautiful. And to top it off they gave us each a single serve dish of Gulab Jamun, which the waitress laughed with us about because my partner asked for it as dessert moments before she was bringing it out. That's all for food but the atmosphere was nice, the seating and table was well done, and our waitress was very sweet and attentive! Highly recommend!

We stopped in for a late lunch on I-40 (exit 163). The service was top notch, and the food was exquisite. We had the butter chicken and tikka masala with garlic naan. This will definitely be a stop on future trips through this area. Everything was sparkling clean and new. When they found out we were traveling on and taking our leftovers for supper, they brought paper plates, silverware, and napkins for us to take with us. Access off of I-40 is easy, and they're large parking lot will easily handle trailers

I saw this restaurant on my way through shamrock headed home to Childress. It was some of the best Indian food I’ve had in a long time and I look for it and eat it everywhere I travel!! I got the paneer spinach dish, rice, garlic naan and vegetable samosas! There’s only one samosa in the picture because I ate the other in the car. Even with a drive of nearly an hour home, it was all hot and delicious when I got there! The service was great and the man I ordered from was very helpful. The atmosphere was light and clean with attention to detail on every table. I loooooved this food! I got the level of spice at medium and it was perfect for me, however if you don’t like things too spicy you might get mild. My first time havinh indian food. I had an excellent experience at Indian Fusion in Shamrock, TX. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and comfortable. The restaurant was very clean and well-maintained, which immediately made a great impression. The food was absolutely amazing — full of flavor, fresh, and clearly prepared with care. Every dish we tried was outstanding and truly showcased the quality and authenticity of the cuisine. Great atmosphere, incredible food, and a clean, inviting environment. If you’re in Shamrock and looking for a great place to eat, I highly recommend Indian Fusion. We’ll definitely be back!

I ordered the chicken biryani to go, and it didn’t really feel like authentic chicken biryani. It had quite a bit of moisture and gravy, and overall it looked more like chicken curry mixed with rice. The taste was decent, but it wasn’t what I expect when ordering biryani. For $18.39, the portion was small for that price, especially for the size of the box. I feel like that amount is too high for what was served. Either the portion should be larger, or the price should be adjusted accordingly. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it didn’t meet expectations, and I wouldn’t order it again.
