Punjabi Dhaba

I was on a road trip on Christmas day. Thankfully this restaurant was open. The restrooms had no electricity but the food was good. The location was pretty convenient right off from I40.

I had Kulcha plate from here and it was very tasty. After Kulcha Chole from Amritsar Punjab , this is the first time I have eaten such delicious food in America. It is very good and very tasty.

Stopped here for lunch during my cross-country road trip and it was exactly what you hope a good Punjabi dhaba will be—yummy, home-cooked food with no unnecessary frills. Everything tasted fresh and comforting, like a proper homemade meal. The owner and staff were genuinely warm and welcoming, which made the stop even better. The place was also clean and well kept. It’s a great spot for families. If you’re passing through and want simple, delicious Punjabi food with friendly service, I’d definitely recommend this dhaba.
