Taco Bell

One of the most interesting Taco Bells I’ve ever been to! I saw this one opened not that long ago and decided to go check it out with my sister. We kinda expected a Taco Bell with an indoor dining area, but found out this one is nothing like that! It is drive-thru focused but has a walk-up ordering window with the kiosks. There is also a pickup window that is inside a small room with two more ordering kiosks in there (kinda claustrophobic in there). To top it off, there are a few tables out front that are underneath an overhang with music hits playing through the speakers overhead. We ordered at a kiosk but had trouble taking the card so we had them scan it at the window and it worked. The food seemed fine and we seemed to get what we wanted. Taco Bell is one of my absolute favorite fast food all-time restaurants! The Taco Bell off of Lee Highway is always absolutely disappointing, so when I found out there was a new one opening up right down the street from us here in Ooltewah, I was super excited, hoping to get better results from the quality of food! First off definitely have to say that my husband stated that the kid that was working through the drive-through is absolutely professional and nice and hard-working! However These aren’t even tacos. They were all crushed Hardly anything in it, and 1 was supposed to be a taco supreme, which would have tomatoes on it too, completely not made right and missing. Food was great. Service was great. What the heck is wrong with letting people inside to eat taco bell?? We are on a road trip and kids want taco bell. Im not eating tacos riding in traffic. The seating area is covered, but that doesn't help with high winds...

Amazing food and super kind staff! I got what I ordered within 2 minutes and they were so friendly I thought I was at Chickfila!! Will be back! Definitely recommend the cantina chicken bowl.

Shoutout to the guy working the counter, absolute legend. Polite, cheerful, probably the only man in history who could hand me a bag of sadness with a smile and make me say “thank you.” Every time I order from Taco Bell, I feel like my tacos just survived a bar fight. They’re always crushed like someone sat on them while contemplating life, and the filling? Let’s just say I’ve seen more chicken in a tofu commercial. It’s like the taco shell is the star of the show and the meat is a special guest that decided not to show up. Still gave one star because the Baja Blast is the only thing holding my relationship with Taco Bell together. I keep going back. Not for the food, but for the experience. And the guy who deserves a raise for handing me disappointment wrapped in paper with such grace.
