This location never disappoints (CFA never does)!! I have Chick-fil-A breakfast delivered once a week, and I love using this location because their own drivers do the deliveries. So, not only am I avoiding DoorDash fees, but they text me updates on my order without me asking. ARIEL is a rockstar member of this team!! Today, I ordered a classic cup and it did not arrive with my delivery. She happily offered to drive all the way back and then bring it to me. An extra 45 min round trip just for my cup. I love this organization!

I’ve been to CFA A LOT. Too much, probably. I always order the same thing: Spicy Deluxe no pickles and fries. It’s always good. That said, I’ve never felt compelled to review a CFA location. But, my goodness, even packed to the brim, the service was great and the food was sincerely the best I’ve ever had from CFA. Great job, kitchen!

Let me tell you what, this place went above and beyond. My family was in a car accident and the state troopers dropped us off here. We were stranded at this location for 3 hours! This Chick-Fil-A checked on us every 20 minutes and then made sure we were comfortable the whole wait. The staff were courteous and understanding and they were genuinely kind. We would highly recommend coming here if you need a mood boost. Thank you to the staff and manager for being so kind.

On a tour bus with 40 seniors on our way to The Biltmore in Asheville and this a convenient place to stop. The food was fresh, accurate, and delicious AND the employees were friendly, service-oriented and shared a smile. The place was warm and decorated holiday appropriately. We ❤️ it so much, we hit them up again on our return trip and we’ll continue to do that every time our travels take us through the Chattanooga/Ooltewah area. Great job Chick-Fil-A Ooltewah team!!

The employees are so nice! Cashier called me by name. And after I stepped aside to wait for my order, two more employees asked me if I had already been helped. On the way out the door, the guy changing the garbage said, "Have a blessed day, miss!" Food came out hot and fresh. Play place for the kids. Lots of seating. Overall an amazing experience! Would highly recommend!
