Starbucks Coffee Company

I went here last night (drive thru) and the service was very slow. I waited for about 5 minutes on a very easy to make drink. I watched through the window as the server or barista or whatever had my drink and she sat there at the counter with my drink in front of her for over a minute or two at the screen. I was just watching and waiting. I finally got my drink and it was way too hot. I couldn't drink it for about 10 or 15 minutes after I got it. Today, I ordered the same drink and holy cow the service was much, much better. The drink was perfect and so was the temperature. I could drink it right after buying it. No waiting in the drive thru, very fast service.

I want a refund 😆 The pictures of the falafel pocket are deceiving. See pics for what I thought I was getting vs. what I got. Other than that, the service is just fine. Pretty quick and pleasant drive-through experience.

Always very friendly, and quick with my order. Place has a quiet and calm atmosphere. They have started using the "dine-in" dishes. Love that to help on waste for the environment.

Abbie mansel was extremely nice and welcoming! As I took a lot of time to figure out my order she helped me figure out what was best with great patience.

I generally shop at a different Starbucks every day, and I can say that this one is the slowest one I've been to in years, despite their cutting corners and not labeling cups. I'd not waste my time at this one.
