Taco Bell / KFC

My usual complaint with this place is the drive-thru service and how long it takes. Tonight, I ordered ahead online and picked up inside. My chicken was awful, and had clearly been in the warmer for several hours. No meat, dry, not fresh at all. Sides were fine. Service was ok.

I walked in to order and was not even greeted. I then got in line and waited. The staff where trying to figure out who ordered what drinks. I waited for 5 minutes and no one even talked to me. I decided that if the food matched the service I didn't want to eat there.

Your standard co-branded franchise. (KFC is the other side of the menu) The dining is well lit and fairly clean. The service is usually pretty good. If it takes longer to make your order, they will bring it to you. Self-service on the drinks and condiments. For healthier options, you can customize your order. The restrooms are adequately kept (at least the men's room was). UPDATE: Six years later, it's not gotten better. The menu prices are so high you can make it at home just as good for half the price. They have a vegetarian symbol that helps navigate the menu easier. All of the menu is either higher priced for smaller quantities. Quality said bye-bye a long time ago. My wife just waited almost ten minutes to order in the drive threw to get a canTina chicken bowl with three pieces of chicken on it? Small little cubes not big chunks at all and the rest of it was really skimpy eight dollars for something that was the size of a two dollar taco.
