Swed & Co. Coffee

The BEST & cutest place in Fort Madison! All of the employees are very sweet and knowledgeable. I love how simple their menu is. All of their syrups are made in house, so I got an iced honey lavender matcha which was delicious. I was happy to see that they actually whisk their matcha here rather than having pre-mixed liquids/powders. I had lots of fun browsing their trinkets and decor while waiting for my drink. :) I will absolutely come back!

My hubby and I moved to Fort Madison 7 months ago and one of the first things on my list to find was a good local coffee shop and let me tell you, Swed & Co. delivered on all fronts! Swed & Co. is everything I want in a coffee shop — modern & laid back atmosphere with lots of light, seating and outlets, downright GOOD coffee, tasty food & pastries, and friendly customer service. My go-to order is their Caramel Latte (half sweet) with the ham & cheese or chicken salad sando. Love their little boutique shop too, I’ve picked up some cute gifts for friends there like stickers, magnets, greeting cards and totes. We always bring our friends or out of town guests here and they all absolutely love it. 10/10 would recommend!

They have great options! My daughter got a peach lemonade with lemon boba and I got the brown sugar milk tea. Both were delicious. My daughter got avocado toast. Everything had great presentation and the workers were super friendly. There was only two of them and quite a bit of customers. They handled it all very smoothly!

Some of the most kindest people ever! Their coffee is unlike any other and it tastes amazing!! My favorite Coffee shop ever! Their pastries are always so unique and yummy!! I definitely recommend Swed&co to anyone this place is phenomenal!!!

This is what you want. Most of the time when I come into the area to visit I have to go to a chain coffee shop or even most local shops that all use mass produced syrups and everything just tastes like hot sugar in a cup. Not here. Their syrups are homemade, their coffee is roasted in house, and their drinks are crafted to perfection. The avocado toast is great too. What an awesome find.
