Taco Bell

It’s was a quick detour stop at this place while traveling to Niagara. It’s just right bang outside and closer to getting back on highway. Good place standard franchise of Taco Bell. Food and taste from quality is as in line of franchise standard. The bathrooms could be a bit better in terms of cleanliness.

Workers were taking money at the window and making food without changing gloves it also took 20 minutes in the drive thru it was a pick up order. Not only were they not following heath code they messed up 2 or my items and they only had to take the sauce off and put chicken and cheese in a flat bread and to top it off they forgot both of the crunch wraps on the order. Workers are rude and careless

The new store AI messed up my order but the manager talked to me and was very professional. The food at this location is always fresh and made with care. And even after the hiccup today, I still think it's the fastest Taco Bell in western NY.

Waited 30 minutes for food when all I ordered was a crunchwrap a Cool ranch beef soft taco one chips and cheese and one medium mango refresher the refreshca came Half filled and watered down and they didn't even give me chips I would recommend going anywhere else

Dining room hours says untill 10pm, guess on the corporate website they lied cuz at close at 9:17pm. Will go somewhere else and filled out a report to corporate Taco bell about it. What a joke, I work till 3am should I tell my employer I'm done 45 min early too? Fast food wages should be minimum federal wage if you can't do the job. Ow we should be ashamed.
