Subway

The 2 ladies working at this location were very nice and pleasant. my sandwich was made quickly. My issue is with the toppings at the end. I asked for lettuce, tomato, pickles, olives and red onion. I barely got any lettuce, so I asked for more and got the same little amount . It was the same for the tomoat as well. Definitely not the way it use to be. Haven't been to a Subway in awhile but if I can't get any toppings then it defeats the purpose of having someone else make my sandwich for the convenience.

This location in Rock Hill, avoid at all costs and go to a deli somewhere else in STL. $30 for two sandwiches and one wasn't even the one we ordered. Language was a huge barrier and staff didn't know what a Churro was on the menu. Sub"par"Way. Checkout pic of all the stuff the staff wasted on makng the wrong sandwich, refused to refund wrong sandwich costs and staff unwilling to share managers contact information.

Our shop ordered 4 sandwiches here for pickup for lunch. 2 of the sandwiches were not made correctly. Chicken bacon ranch did not come with anything but chicken, cheese, and bacon. I dont know how they didn't even include ranch on the sandwich when it is IN THE NAME. Steak and cheese sandwich didnt include cheese either. Gonna steer away from here in the future.

Hands down for the last three weeks in a row I've gone to the Subway in Rock Hill on Manchester and gotten the friendliest service. The lady at the counter was genuinely nice and seems to really care about her quality of service. All the ingredients we're full and fresh that we added to my hot foot long sandwich. The restaurant was clean and organized. I've been eating half of the footlong sandwich for dinner and taking the other half for lunch at work the next day. I conclude that one lady's passion for doing her job well with a nice smile has made me and others into regular good customers as well.

Got a 12" tuna. The lady spread the tuna on the bread like she was buttering toast. For $11 you should get a real sandwich. Then, when paying they hit my card for a $5 tip. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? The new owners all over St. Louis, are going to run Subway completely out of business. What a shame. Time to get these businesses back into the right hands
