This place is investment worthy. If they were going to franchise I would be the 1st in line. Small form factor, limited but excellently curated menu, and attention to detail on service is second to none despite the quick service facade. Not sure I’ve seen such a well run establishment since Michael Keaton walked into the original McDonald’s in The Founder. Absolute gem, this place. Highly recommend the brown butter hummus and the daily veggie flatbread. The burger is also an experience, though ask for pickled onions, lettuce, and tomatoes. Enjoy, friends.

I’d been wanting to visit this place for a while because of things I read online. We arrived on a Saturday at 1 PM, and there was a huge line. I didn’t give up and decided to brave the wait! They are very organized and have a very kind staff. We waited between 30-40 minutes. One of the employees very kindly explained the menu to us, so by the time it was our turn, we already knew what to order! Everything was absolutely delicious and flavorful. Fresh and very well-seasoned. The portions were quite generous and the dessert was divine! It was worth every minute of the wait. I believe it might be quieter during the week. Also, some people don't seem to mind the line and stay chatting for hours even after they've finished—nothing against it, but with a massive line, I think it’s a bit inconsid

We had heard of BTB for quite some time and finally got around to trying it. I wish we had sooner! We arrived around 6:40 PM on a Friday and understandably the place was hopping. We waited in line to order/be seated for about 30 minutes, but the smell was a good companion. It’s definitely a noisy atmosphere and not a lot of seating, but the staff was extremely on top of everything. They made sure no one claimed tables before ordering so the line kept moving consistently. Now, the food. Per recommendations from friends, we got the brown butter hummus and wow. Amazing food and service! It’s in the running for the James beard award and there’s no question as to why. I’ve never had Bosnian food before and it’s so delicious! We got the special appetizer (eggplant and yogurt dip w fresh homemade bread), beef pide, cevapi, white chocolate mousse dessert. Will be going here for the rest of my life!

Outstanding food, service, and environment. I ordered a lot for my small group and had the opportunity to try everything! I enjoyed everything that was ordered. The doner is delicious (I should have ordered 2). The Wrap was my favorite and a menu item that I would return for over and over again. The burger was unique, but I loved it! Plthis location has a reputation that is well deserved, and I cannot wait to return. Lines are usually long, but my visit was excellent. Early afternoon visit during a weekday is the way to go!
