Our stay at Tuxedo Park STL was unforgettable!!! The atmosphere alone is worth the trip—stunning, serene, and full of character, with historic architecture that radiates richness and charm in every corner. The property feels like stepping into a beautifully preserved story, yet with all the comfort and warmth you could hope for. Bill and Maureen were exceptional hosts—genuinely welcoming, attentive without ever being intrusive, and clearly passionate about creating a meaningful experience for their guests. The Bed and Breakfast is a beautiful restored historic church. The resident dogs, Guinness and Murphy, will happily welcome you along with Innkeeper/co-owner Maureen. Bill and Maureen are friendly, helpful and create fabulous breakfasts as well as being great conversationalists. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Choices of indoor and outdoor spaces open to the guests is a wonderful addition. The location was excellent for our 6 days of touring the St. Louis area as well as exploring the surrounding neighborhood and local restaurants.

Literally every bit of our stay has been flawless and pleasant: starting from booking by phone from across the Atlantic, e-mail communications, through warm welcome at check-in, extraordinary breakfasts, very useful local suggestions which we followed and were very satisfied, to the top quality room cleanness and comfort. We've stayed in a room which was spacious enough to accommodate comfortably 3 adults and a child. The terrace was a great place to have a snack in the evening. Both the room and the breakfast hall/chapel are aesthetically furnished and equipped with top-notch utilities. The hosts are welcoming, and their cooking is delicious. There are two well-trained and friendly dogs. (and there is also a grand piano for use by guests). Thank you Maureen and Bill!

Forgot to leave a review right after staying here but recently received an email from them which prompted me to remember to write this review. It was Easter weekend when we stayed; and, unfortunately, we had a terrible experience. We received an email a few days before our arrival that their grandchildren would be joining them for breakfast on Easter morning. We were asked if we still wanted breakfast on that day. We decided to skip the breakfast on Sunday since we weren't really interested in dining with three children under the age of five. When we returned to the Inn on Saturday night after our event, the grandchildren were there. They were actually spending the night. I really didn't mind that they were spending the night, but I did not enjoy being woken up at 6AM by a shrieking t

We had an amazing 3 night stay at Tuxedo Park with my daughter and her fiancée. Maureen and Bill are terrific hosts! The house is beyond charming with up to date amenities. The rooms are clean and comfy with modern bathrooms. And the breakfasts are much better than most restaurants. The labs,Murphy and Guinness, were lovely greeters and we enjoyed giving them all the pets and scratches.
