Stella's Homemade Ice Cream

Absolutely delicious ice cream! I tried their ginger snap ice cream, which had a subtle, not overpowering, taste of the ginger snap and was so creamy! I settled on gooey cake batter in the end. Nice large chunks of delicious cake in it... we'll definitely be back! Update: Two days later and we're back and brought my in-laws with us. We couldn't resist! Still so good, creamy, and delicious!!!

When in need of a sweet treat after dinner, an evening walk on the beach, or to reward your kiddos or sports team this is an excellent stop for delicious homemade ice cream with a wide variety of flavors. I especially enjoy sharing this spot with my real estate clients and support a terrific local business!

We totally loved our birthday cake ice cream birthday cake! It was delicious and Everyone was raving about it at the party. They asked in detail what we wanted for the cake to customize it and Cake designer, Steph also went out of her way to add an extra buttercream mermaid for the occasion. Loved it!

Is it the best ice cream I ever had? No. But the shop is a former gas station and there is a variety of different flavors to choose from. They also have ice-cream cakes, shakes, floats, sundaes, flurries and non-dairy flavors. Ice cream wasn't painfully sweet for me so that's a plus. Staff was friendly. Prices are comparable to any small shop. Worth a stop if downtown.

My husband got the Gooey Butter Cake, and that one came loaded with big chunks of cake. Both were rich, creamy, and flat‑out fantastic. The whole experience had a bit of magic to it…I was basically five years old again, grinning over the color‑changing spoons.
