You know it's NOT a completely fresh seafood place when you walk in because of the smell. If you know what fresh fish look like, you can tell they don't sell fresh fish here. No way to tell with the fillets. They sell grouper heads but took the cheeks out. Frozen Chilean sea bass is a hell lot more expensive than restaurant. At that price, I'd just go to restaurant. I probably would come in if I have a hankering for stuff in their freezer section like the dip, or crab cakes which are $16 for a pack of 4.

Me and my wife were visiting family in Murrells Inlet and wanted to bring some fresh fish back home with us. Johnny the manager hooked us up with some fresh caught Monkfish, Black Sea Bass and Flounder. They had it all filleted, bagged and iced down and loaded into our cooler for us to haul back home. We are very pleased with the freshness of the fish and the outstanding service they all provided for us. We can't wait to visit again and purchase more. Great fresh seafood! We cut the 2” thick swordfish steaks in half for better grilling. Everyone agrees it was awesome!

I don't normally leave reviews, but I just have to for this place. My family and I travel to Myrtle Beach every so often, and I LOVE the fish here! I always get a fillet of carolina jack, and it's the most flavorful fish you'd ever want to eat. It's so fresh and has so much natural flavor, the only thing I need to do to it is put a good amount of salt on it and let it sit for a bit before pan frying it. We always come here whenever we're in the area.

Harrelson’s Seafood Market conveniently located in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina is a great seafood market. Not only do they have awesome seafood at fair prices they also have everything to go along with it including their own cocktail sauce and even items like corn on the cob. We highly recommend this market. We will be visiting this location in the near future. Their employees are very friendly and helpful.
