Hoof,Line and Sinker

My husband and I stumbled on this amazing butcher shop yesterday while driving through the Inlet. What we thought was going to be a quick look around turned into a delightful experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. We had the delicious 3 bean chili for lunch today. Can't wait to try the filets and cheddar jalapeno burgers we bought as well. Our dog also loved the dog food we picked up. We will definitely return soon!

Picked this(pork volcano )up at Hoof, Line and Sinker. So good! I like their sous vide beef short ribs too. This place is great!

I am happy we have a new addition to the Inlet and I am also happy to report my first visit was a pleasure. Remodeled does not adequately describe the transformation of the former market. H,L&S is a bright, clean and well appointed space with an ample variety of delicacies to choose. I was shopping for steaks and they have CAB, Prime and Wagyu in various cuts on offer. I left with a Prime strip, two CAB filet mignon and 1 20oz CAB ribeye, but not before grabbing a sous vide ready to heat beef short rib in demi to have as a appetizer and a tub of pimento cheese. The staff were welcoming and kind, this showed in the attention to detail of the business as well as knowledge of their products. Try the Hanger steak! Crab cakes never fail, Pimento cheese is perfect, and their twice baked potatoes finish out the meal with chefs kiss 👌

When we walked in we were immediately greeted. The gentleman behind the counter took time to explain the different cuts of meat and made some recommendations. We went home with scallops, Texas ground beef and two different cuts of steak. The scallops were amazing and the steaks were top notch. Go check them out, you won't be disappointed.
