This place is chronically understaffed. When you show up to get your drinks after the time listed on the app, they are more often than not still being made or haven’t been started yet. The wait times are super unreliable. Bottom line - If you are in a time pinch, don’t stop here. They have quality staff that work here, but there’s typically only one person and on occasion two working at a time. Sweet employees, but they seem way-overworked and under-staffed.

I dont know what they do different here but this starbucks is hands down the BEST in this area! Great service great employees just all around the BEST 👌

Went in for my drink the other morning and the baristas were clearly not busy but they took 30+ minutes making my drink and didn’t even make it right, and when i asked where it was they scoffed and rolled their eyes and did not answer. Very rude employees if you don’t like your job and can’t be nice to customers maybe don’t work at a job that deals with people. All i ordered was a refresher and i know that it doesn’t take long to make because the night shift has made it in less then 3 minutes before. Highly recommend not going here during a morning because the employees are nothing but rude and slow workers. If you really want a drink from starbucks wait until closing because they are 10x nicer and i’ve never had a problem.

The ladies working the mornings are always so friendly and welcoming and make the best drinks.-abby
