The food is always great. But today I experienced the worst customer service from there. Whomever the young guy that is working at the window, he needs to work on his customer service skills. I came up to the window and from the moment I got there he made eye contact and never acknowledged the fact that I was there. After about 5 minutes I noticed that they were fulfilling a large order so I continued to wait and it wasn't a big deal. The problem is he could have said how are you, we will be with you momentarily, etc. But nothing, complete silence. He wasn't busy, he was just standing there, the others were. After about 10 minutes and only after one of the other gentlemen ask him had my order been taken was I acknowledged by the young man. My ordered was placed online so by this time it wa

Had the lobster/shrimp plate. Lobster and shrimp cooked perfectly. Veggies seasoned well. Rice had a strange taste. Spring rolls were mostly egg roll shell. Soggy inside and had to hunt for veggies in roll. The main course delicious!!

Everything is very good such us service, food and place

I love the food from the beginning, but as time has gone on, it has gotten so salty that I can’t even eat more bites of it. I feel like I’m literally killing myself and I know it’s the hibachi sauce that I don’t feel really safe eating it or allowing my family to eat it. I wish that they had a low sodium option for hibachi or a sodium fruit version. I don’t know There has to be another option because I was so puffy for two days after I ate four bites of chicken hibachi. I’m only posting this because I really want them to fix it because I miss eating their food. This is not OK.

This is the first time I have ever went online and left a review without prompting or nagging. Crab Rangoon is so good that they may be the best I've ever eaten. If they aren't then they are the best in the last forty years. They're golden and perfect in shape with a filling that is perfection. Thank you Mardiyama Hibachi Express for reminding me what Crab Rangoon should be.
