Starbucks Coffee Company

Giving four stars only because everytime I come to this location they are so slow. I totally understand that sometimes it’s busy & some orders can take longer but I have gone everyday this week and I have had to wait each time. And im not taking like 5 minutes sometimes it can take up to 15min in the drive thru, I am not sure if they are short staffed or what. So if you are in a hurry I wouldn’t stop at this location. I will say everytime I do get my drinks it taste really good and everyone is so friendly but the wait is a little crazy.

So disappointed. This is the worst Starbucks in town. There are no standard operating procedures. 9/10 they will get my order wrong. The same drink will taste so different depending on who makes it. It’s upsetting knowing how many Starbucks I’ve been to and most of them are the model of consistency but not this one. I expect more out of Starbucks.

Pretty typical Starbucks location...good, hot coffee (well, and cold coffee too, I suppose). The service was slow for some reason, but they acknowledged that with a sincere apology. The only negative about the location is that it can be challenging to get into the parking lot due to the layout of the adjacent streets.

Absolutely amazing service and personal attention Stopped here on a road trip between Cedar City and Las Vegas. I need a little boost and some breakfast. I wish a Starbucks like this was possible in Las Vegas. Nice and quiet. Quick service and great coffee. Thank you
