Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

We had a great server and the food seems to have lost its flavor. I was disappointed that we were sat at a table that had a pile of fries on the floor and were never cleaned up or even apologized for the entire 90 minutes our table of 8 were seated. We had to wait nearly an hour to be seated yet only about have the tables were being utilized. I asked about it and our server said one server never showed up and everyone was covering extra tables. I don’t want this review to reflect poorly on the server we had as she did outstanding.

Haven't eaten at a Red Robin in years... now I know why. Food was ok. Mushroom burger was bland, my daughter's pizza was burnt I didn't even take a picture of it because it didn't really look like a pizza. The queso cheese dip was probably the best item we ordered. My husband enjoyed his burger. But what guy doesn't enjoy a burger.

We were in St. George celebrating our one-year anniversary and decided to stop by this restaurant for a quick dinner—and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted and asked if we were there for a special occasion. Once we mentioned it was our anniversary, they immediately brought out a complimentary appetizer and took the time to get to know us. I decided to give this place another try after about 6+ months of not going because I've been disappointed with the food quality in the past. I decided to get the ribs and shrimp combo meal. I get out to the car and decide to check my order before driving away...this "half rack" of ribs was basically 1.5 ribs, or maybe even one large rib. This thing was a tiddlywink. So I go inside and complain. To the manager's credit she *personally* remade the dish, which was great. I inspected it before leaving and it looked fine. I was quite happy at that point. However, when I got home to eat it just...wow...I don't think I've ever had a worse cut of ribs in my entire life. My family has eaten here a handful of times since moving down here last year. Every time we have been in Matthew the managing partner is amazing. He does a great job saying hi to patrons and helps the staff out if they are short handed or need help. Every server we have had has been amazing and always cute with our daughter. The food is consistently great and the endless fries always arrive fresh and hot! Definitely one of the best Red Robin’s in the state of Utah.
