Teriyaki Grill

Food was good. I was worried when I saw a lot of negative comments.But the food actually was really good.The only complaint I had is.Why was the sushi was served hot?It was weird, threw me off, but otherwise food was very good.There could have been some points of as far as cleanliness store tables were clean, but the soda machine machine was gross.But as far as the cashier, she's a one woman show she did the cashiering and cooking.The food was hot.Ready service brought to our table, so overall I rated it a four because of those little details.But the food was very good. And then she stopped by the table to check and see how the food was.So customer service was amazing!! My son is done with the pics. Lol. Overall.. This is a great day for teriyaki grill.I don't know if there's been bad days

It exceeded my expectations! Food was really good. Good service. I enjoyed all of it and glad I stopped in.

Teriyaki chicken was really nice. But the miso in the miso soup was clumped, and the soup was salty. The California roll was warmed which is a bit weird.

Very disappointed with the service and quality of the food received. My friend and I ordered two dishes of spicy chicken teriyaki. The lady who received the payment was unfriendly, unpleasant and unwelcoming. She was also the cook. The chicken was burned, dry and extremely spicy. She almost threw the dishes on the table without facial acknowledgment and went to help other people who were waiting to order and pay. The restroom and front doors were uncared for. I've learned in life that when you cook, you do it with love, otherwise, it doesn't benefit your body. We won't go back.

The food was great, but paying for the food was problem after problem. First, we had a coupon that they forgot to apply and they almost wouldn’t let us use it after they forgot about it. Then, because they charge a fee for credit card payments, we used cash to pay and they didn’t give us our change back. The staff members were nice, but they seemed confused and poorly trained. Hopefully this was a one-off but we won’t be back.
