Unfortunately, this branch has ongoing issues with order accuracy regardless of how busy it is. Customer service also varies, and I’ve experienced several instances where my order was made incorrectly.

I was thoroughly displeased, dissatisfied, and disgusted with the removal of the beloved fairy lights. While the service and food was delectable, I will not accept this. The removal has made the establishment dull and unpleasant, and I can’t enjoy my food without them. I will be going to the north end starbucks until they return.

My fave Starbucks. Baristas are so friendly and the service is fast. My drinks always come to me done a little bit better than other normal Starbucks. Love you guys!

This location has a problem getting orders right on slow days or busy days. Staff is hit or miss with politeness. I’ve had my order made wrong multiple times. And if you don’t carry a product anymore you should remove the sign. It’s alwasy something when I go in here. They have one person who is great and that’s about it. If you can go to the north Mercer Island Starbucks for better service, correct orders, and up-to-date menu iteams.

Dropped by on a Saturday afternoon to quickly grab a coffee, spend some time indoors, use the loo and then leave. Polite staff, clean establishment and really cozy.
