Food is pretty great, no complaints. The drinks are pretty good also. It would be nice if something said anywhere that the kitchen closes at 9:30 or 10 depending on the day so you don't think you can get food until the midnight close.. Disappointed to come back late and think they're the only restaurant still open on the island.

This long established eatery and social spot is well regarded with locals and visitors alike. Good food, and a great place to have a pint or libation with any number of friends, large or small, or by yourself. Fun to sit outside when the weather allows, and quaint being inside. A true gem of a place to go.

Absolutely lovely experience! Fun and lively bar with quaint charm and delicious food. We had the wings of fire which were cooked to perfection. I decided on the Cajun Buffalo burger which was delicious! Also good NA beer from Holy Mountain. Great portions, great atmosphere. We will be back. Shout out to Ollie and Isabel who made us feel at home.

Roanoke Inn continues to be Mercer Island’s cozy, neighborhood gem where “friends meet friends,” and its charm only grows with time. Nestled in a historic building with a laid-back ambiance and a killer beer garden, it’s the kind of place that instantly feels like home . Huge thanks to Ollie, whose energy and speed behind the bar never go unnoticed he keeps the orders flowing and the atmosphere lively even when the place is packed . And shout out to Isabella for being equally attentive and welcoming she made our visit that much better. If you’re on Mercer Island and looking for great food, craft drinks, and a spot that feels timeless yet never gets old, Roanoke Inn checks all the boxes with teammates like Ollie and Isabella leading the way, it’s a must-visit.

A great find, in my opinion. Traveling with my sisters on our way back into Seattle and happened to pick this place on a whim. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was great. Loved reading about the history here. Food was good too. I got the taco salad with chicken. Worth a visit!
