Really good food and good service. Enjoyed the enchiladas and the vegetarian options were nice and my family said it was good too

The atmosphere is nice, and it's in a quiet retail center in south Mercer Island, so the location is decent. However, for the price of the food, the quality and taste should be much better. I paid $29 for cheese enchiladas with extra rice, and that did not include the tip. The rice was completely plain, no flavor, no veggies, nothing special at all. The charra beans seemed like they just opened a can of pinto beans and did nothing else... again, no flavor. The chips were stale. The enchiladas were ok, but again... NOT worth the cost. The service was friendly, no issues there. Just don't go here if you want good Mexican food at a reasonable price.

We popped over to Mercer Island for dinner to get out of town for a bit (we live in Newcastle) and we were very pleased! I had the seafood enchiladas and they were delicious! Food came out quickly, family friendly and comfortable atmosphere and everyone was very nice! Can't wait to come back!

This family restaurant on otherwise quiet south end of Mercer Island is a local gem. Juan, Erika, and their daughter Jennifer are friendly with regulars and newcomers alike. It’s my favorite place to go and watch the game and have a drink.

Visited Riviera Maya while in the area and had a nice meal. Wasn't blown away by any dish, but chips were tasty and the queso was well above average. In particular my margarita was quite good, but my tacos al carbon fell apart unfortunately.
