Customer Reviews
I like bagel here; fluffy and chewy to my standard. The size is smaller than I hoped but I am guessing now that bagel in Seattle area is generally smaller on average than that of NYC. Crumb cake is also great; top part is crunchy but main bread part is soft and sweet enough. Flavor itself isn’t something that stretches my imagination but very well executed with the good basic enjoyable flavors.
Miriam's Bakery delivers the real deal: genuinely passionate, small-batch baking that feels like it belongs in a top-tier NYC deli. The bagels are outstanding — perfect balance of soft interior and satisfying chew, exactly what you'd expect from the best East Coast shops. Their challah is flawlessly soft, beautifully braided, and honestly one of the best I've had outside a serious Jewish bakery. Made fresh daily at their commercial kitchen in Tukwila, the small lot sizes show real care in every piece. Extra points: Free coffee (always a win) Very reasonable everyday prices Honest specials — when a batch of bagels came out smaller than usual, they charged me just $1.50. Respect. It's a cozy grab-and-go spot (no seating), but 100% worth the drive to Mercer Island for authentic, high-quali
Our client treated our office to the most delicious babka! It was pillowy soft, beautifully crafted, and full of rich flavor! A truly wonderful taste from this Greek bakery. So appreciated, Thank you so much!
Amazing. Not only was the quality high, but the price was unbeatable. For a chocolate chip cookie, a huge slice of foccacia bread, and a dense crumb cake it was $14 even. Wow! New favorite bakery within 20 miles of Seattle.
We stopped by Miriam‘s on a Sunday morning just to see what it was all about, the person working in the cash register was so kind and welcoming. She explained all of the items and answered our questions so kindly. She even let us try a cookie for free! We ended up buying three baked goods and they are all phenomenal!! The bagels look amazing and that’s what we are going to try next time! also, it was so affordable, all three of our baked goods were only five dollars!! We will definitely be back.
