Starbucks Coffee Company

We visited around 8am when it was busy. The baristas were quick making our drinks for us. The drinks we ordered tasted great.

Terrible service. Bought drinks and was told I could not use the restroom because they were cleaning for 20+ minutes. In what world does it take over 20 minutes to clean the restroom? Needs better management and customer service rapport. Seems like management is fine with posting cleaning supplies outside restroom to deter customers from using.

I came to Starbucks today by myself, which is quite rare, considering that I'm usually here on behalf of my girlfriend while she waits in the car or I go inside with her. Nothing against Starbucks, I just don't consume that much caffeine on a regular basis. Anyways, with that said, I will say that team here is particularly friendly in comparison to some of the other locations. This isn't just on Oahu, but in the mainland as well. While they do get busy, I don't think that they feel as bogged down as some of the other crazy locations like Kahala so they can be a little more friendly. Besides friendliness, we haven't really run into any issues with the accuracy of our orders. I bring that up because my girlfriends drink is particularly complex and it has to be remade about 50% of the time

Terrible in-store experience. I ordered a snowman sugar cookie based on the product photo shown online and was given a different version. When I questioned it, I was told I’d need to buy another one to get what was pictured. The employee then dismissed the concern by saying, “it’s just a sugar cookie.” That response was rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. Customers shouldn’t be talked down to for asking about an item that doesn’t match what was advertised. The reason I ordered it was to create a Christmas photo, so the detail mattered. This location lacks basic customer service and accountability.

Very Nasty staff. I came to the store to get my coffee with my child and he wanted to use the bathroom. They refuse to give me the code unless I order first. So I told them I will order once he goes to the bathroom . They refused . I end up leaving without any order They do not deserve any bussiness.
