ROKC Hawaii is an experience from start to finish. The ambiance is moody, intimate, and effortlessly cool - one of those places you immediately want to settle into for the evening. The cocktails were outstanding and easily a highlight. The Yuzu & Sansho was bright with a subtle peppery kick, the Botanical Garden was clean and refreshing, and the Matcha High Ball was light, crisp, and beautifully balanced. Every drink felt thoughtfully crafted rather than gimmicky. Food was equally impressive. The Deviled Egg + Egg + Egg was playful and rich, the Scallop Ceviche was fresh and vibrant, and the Mussel + Beer + Cotton Candy was both fun and surprisingly delicious. The Karaage was perfectly crispy, and the Tokyo Ramen was comforting and full of flavor. Excellent service throughout—friendly,

An absolute excellent experience. Definitely sit at the bar and watch the bartenders do what they do. All the drinks are unique, interesting, and the bartenders will help you get what you want. We ordered 8 drinks and they were fantastic. The pineapple and smoke are in the videos. The ramens are excellent as well. I highly recommend the Sapporo - it's so creamy and full of favor. The bartenders were super friendly and knowledgeable. Supposedly they moved from New York to Waikiki and just opened up shop in January of 2026. This place is going to get very popular and busy very soon so get here for the intimate environment before it's too late.

This was a very pleasant find in Waikiki. Decided to head here with friends after a work event. Nice space, friendly service and great food and drinks. We enjoyed the fresh oysters, deviled eggs with Ikura and Uni, karaage chicken, and luxurious uni and Ikura ramen. Everything was well prepared and very good. Check this place out if you’re in the area. 🤙🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼

The gem of Harlem has made its way to Hawaii and it's just as beautiful! The cocktails are fantastic! I highly recommend the Cumin & Yogurt, Botanical Garden, and the (never seen in NYC) Banana & Miso! Fantastically crafted and unique. The classic cocktails are excellent as well! For starters, oysters! As well as the Karaage which always hits along with the Deviled Egg + Egg + Egg. For ramen, the Sapporo is comfort, the Yokosuka Curry is spice, and the Sea Urchin & Salmon Roe truly tastes like the sea. Definitely worth a visit. The space is quite large, allowing for groups, but truly special for a date night or a solo trip to savor delectable bites and even more divine cocktails.

Joji and Yujin are an incredible team. The cocktail menu is delicious, creative and innovative. Something for everyone from the sweet and smoky "Smoky Pina Colada" with mezcal to the classic and easy to sip"Hemingway" daiquiri. The food menu is small but perfectly fit for the vibe and space. My favorites: the scallop ceviche and the mussels with cotton candy. My friend and I also enjoyed the juicy mouth watering chicken karaage with matcha salt. Let's not forget the Wagyu and Bone Marrow ramen which I am currently day dreaming about.
I am lucky to live a short walk away, but for locals who are curious: it's definitely worth the trip to Waikiki.
