Taco Rice Hawaii

Brah, with tears in my eyes, I write this review. It's been about 14 years since I had taco rice in Okinawa while stationed on camp schwab. My last memory of that time was when the oji-san was celebrating my PCS and I had the entire camp celebrating with me in henoko Village. This taste reminds me of those times, albeit a bit lighter. The additional toppings you can add remind me of the fuzzy eyed mornings after a bar crawl and stopping by to secure some breakfast from the oji-san and you add whatever your hangover heart desired. It's fairly priced and tucked away, if anything could unlock core memories of my high times in the Marine Corps, this is it. The best normal taco rice, not overseasoned, not some fusion BS, just taco rice as it was ment to be. Right on you guys, seriously you guys

I drove by this new taco rice place when I was heading into Waikiki and decided to stop by. They said they just opened few weeks ago and will grand open next month. The food was delicious, just like the one I ate in Okinawa! I will definitely come back again!!

I wished I knew about this place sooner!! The taco rice was fresh and bursting with flavors. The owners are very kind people. Definitely made my day. Thank you again Nick. Highly recommend and will be back!

Checked this place out recently due to the reviews. It's great for a tasty and filling meal that won't break the bank. They are currently only offering a soft opening (only having recently opened) menu of just taco rice and some add-ons but they plan on expanding their menu eventually. It's a takeaway operation so there's no seating. Payment can be by cash or card (with a 3% service fee). Nice friendly service and they were great at explaining things to me as a first timer. I'll definitely try to visit again!

Great taco rice! Nice takeout spot with parking. The salsa bar is fun. Will definitely be back.
