Chillest Shave Ice

Chillest Shave Ice is easily one of the best shave ice spots on Oahu, which is saying a lot, given how many great ones there are to choose from. I got to chat with the owner, who mentioned that all the syrups are made in-house, and you can really taste the difference. The strawberry milk flavor is amazing on its own, but even better when paired with matcha, because it’s basically a strawberry matcha latte in shave ice form. I also love that their syrup stays balanced all the way through, never overly sweet or syrupy at the bottom like many other places, so you actually can drink it up at the end. The owner and staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Highly recommend this place and I really hope they bring back the papaya syrup!

My new favorite shave ice spot! The uncle & aunty who own the place are SO nice! Their house made flavors are so good! You can really tell they put a lot of effort into their flavors! Definitely will be coming back!

Mind blowing.... Best shaved ice I've ever had on Oahu! I grew up as a kid enjoying shaved ice, but this is 100 times better in everyday! Custom syrups, the most perfect fluffy ice EVER and they are full of ALOHA. What more could you ask for? My order Strawberry milk Haupia And matcha if I'm felling extra! With ice cream and snow cap 🍧

One of the best shaved ice I had! I got kinako / strawberry milk /calpico with azuki beans. Their flavor is wonderful and subtle, it works well all together. The azuki beans are amazing, all made in-house. Absolutely amazing (bc it's hard to make azuki beans from scratch). Will def visit again!!!!

The employees/owners who helped us out at the counter were so kind. Extremely They do not accept tip, even if you insist. They want you to enjoy!! The syrup is homemade, and it is amazing!!!!!!! They only take cash for payment so bring cash. I tried lilikoi lychee and hojicha my friend got mango/lilikoi. All were AMAZING you must try. I mean it!!!!
