The service here is fast and so friendly! I asked for a remediation to try a new coffee and the barista advised me of her favorite and it tasted amazing. Also ordered a cake pop for my 3 year old and they surprised her with a second one in the bag too and it's all she talked about all day! Made her whole day!

After waiting 30 years as a transplant from Southern California, Starbucks is finally open on Grand Island, NY. A great location with my favorite Starbucks coffee, snacks, friendly staff, and a beautiful indoor and outdoor environment to meet & relax with friends. Now if we could just get Costco and In-N-Out Burgers to come to Buffalo and get open.

I called the day before the new cup launch and was told they open at 5AM. people got there very early and they must’ve opened the doors early for them, because when I got there at 5:02 AM there were 4 people in line in front of me and they were already sold out.

I'm consistently impressed with this place. No matter when I stop by, the atmosphere is incredibly positive, and everyone is genuinely nice. The service is always quick; I've never had an issue with wait times. Recently, there was a minor mix-up with my drive-thru order where I received the wrong drink. It wasn't a big deal at all, but they went above and beyond by not only giving me the correct drink but also a gift card. That level of responsiveness and generosity was truly remarkable, and it really solidified my positive opinion.

Братан was very helpful. I had asked her if they were putting gasoline in the coffee but she assured me they were not. I was just wondering because I see the bubbles sometimes and they’re shiny but it still tastes good so honestly I wouldn’t mind if it was gasoline anyway. Will definitely visit again.
