The morning crew. Love them! Went this afternoon, lady in drive thru was so rude and impatient. My kid was trying to order and she abruptly stops her “I can hear her. Can you just order”. And the tone.. it was so unnecessary. “Just” be nice. What the hell. I go to pay. Says one word. I sad thanks have a good day. Just a blank cold stare. It was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve had. I get it’s busy but the short frustrated tone then just nothingness is wild. Go work remote if you hate people that much.

Go anywhere else. I was just standing inside this store for 25 minutes after placing my order. When I had placed my order at the register I had two coffee beans & when I started to give my order the girl who neither smiled nor said good morning interrupted me to ask me to scan the beans for her. She didn’t ask for my name and didn’t give me a receipt. After 25 minutes of waiting I tried to approach the counter and everyone ignored me so I finally approached the girl who took my order with “excuse me?” & asked how much longer it would be. She asked me for my name and I tried to explain that she hadn’t asked my name and another girl interrupted asking for the order. Then the first one said my order was already waiting (it wasn’t). My current fav. This is the first time I ever tip any Starbucks. And I gave them the max amount option. Soft-spoken and pleasant.

Best Starbucks ive ever been to. I go here almost every morning and my order is always correct and consistent. They are always slammed but never show anything but courtesy and politeness. Whatever this location is doing, mirror it nationwide. Incredible staff!

I spent 8 dollars on this coffee and just saw something on my ice and dug a fly out of it, I won’t be back. I usually regular this location too
