Starbucks

This Starbucks is located in paradise, and has the most delicious coffee! Every time I stop here, I’m impressed by the speed and friendliness of the staff, especially Sophia. The line may be long at times, but the staff works through it and gets you out quickly!

We just been at Sturbucks in Captiva and our bartender was Yuri!! Such a disgusting person! No smile, no how are you!!! No costumer service at all! We ordered 3 lattes, one on ice and a caramel macchiato on ICE!! He made the Caramel macchiato hot. When we asked to change it , he said that’s how you ordered it! No question on if you wanted to have it on ice, he could add the ice, it takes 1 min only. Seems like you bother him when you get through the door and order. Yuri, if you don’t wanna work on Sunday, stay home, for sure someone good on costumer service is praying to have your job!!!! And people, stay away…..no need for such an ungrateful person.

Yury was super rude! We are here on vacation and simply just wanted a couple of drinks and a breakfast sandwich! He was just staring at us as we ordered and was just plain rude! This is a tourist island, at least smile and use your manners Yury.

Cool, funky location of this successful franchise right across the street from the beach and nearby charming lil shops & boutiques. Tatiana & Emma our baristas were chill & helpful. You gotta check it out!

This store is now an actual Starbucks! Big improvement over the last decade of being a resort owned Starbucks and limited selection to cut down competition with other resort venues. Newly added large patio, great outdoor seating area. If they could just get rid of the gas powered golf carts. Literally being this close to the beach, it is cooler here. We have stopped patronizing Starbucks at home but this location has been a family mainstay for way too long. Now with the upgraded, we will continue....
