Walk up to the door and you can smell the quality. This resturant could be anywhere else in the world and it would take weeks to get a reservation. Outside has a bit better ambiance than but inside is nice as well. You go there for the food and service. We had the paella, yellowfin tuna, snapper and even the Cesar salad with chicken and all were fresh and full flavored. A connoisseur could tell you more about the sauces and flavor; we all just loved our dishes. Every plate was clean when we left. THe lobster bisque and the scallop appetizer were special. It's not cheap, but for your special night out, its truly worth the money. FYI, the wine is well priced.
We tried the dynamite style scallops, the paella, and the pork chop, and every single dish was incredible. The flavors were bold, perfectly balanced, and totally memorable. Highly recommend — this place blew us away!
Nothing short of AMAZING!! So happy to have Missy & CC take great care of us. Thankful we stumbled upon this cute little gem of a place. Everything was delicious. A staple is the key lime and the volcano scallops are a must have upon your visit.
Our waitresses were so nice, I remember our primary waitresses name was Cece. We were a bigger party so we saw a couple different servers. We ordered drinks, appetizers, wine and dessert. For appetizers I tried the prosciutto and burrata and that was very good. For my meal, I had the blackened salmon, which was a bigger serving and I was able to share. My boyfriend got the steak and potatoes, which was delicious, but a smaller serving. The plating was gorgeous and we all left so happy. Although, as one can see from the pictures, the lighting on the porch could probably be a bit brighter, but that didn’t really bother us.
Great experience. The kitchen was open to making our vegan/healthy diner very happy by allowing him to make customizations. Melissa's service was fantastic. The wine list was solid. Lastly, the atmosphere was perfect - we sat outside and enjoyed the live (but perfectly soft) music from their sister restaurant's patio next door. Overall, highly recommended for a nice dining option on Sanibel/Captiva.
