South Shore Grill

The food here is fantastic! You walk in, order at the counter, wait for your food, then eat in our take it to go. They didn't have a lot of seating here, this place is more for couples, singles or groups of 4. We were a group of six and although there was one tall table it was good but a squeeze. The parking is not easy either but it was all worth it for the delicious food! I had the garlic shrimp with kalbi beef, wow so flavorful and well cooked! I don't really like Mac salad but the one here with tuna was amazing. We all agree we would come back here, do highly recommend!

Not gonna lie these guys have the best fish tacos I’ve ever had — ono tacos are a must here! My wife got the kalbi tacos.. also fire!! I don’t know what they put in their coleslaw (probably crack) but it’s crisp and fresh as heck 🤙🏼 Tortilla chips come out piping hot with their gas homemade salsa. Don’t sleep on the carrot cake either! Great prices too; it’s expensive to eat here these days but trust me, these guys will hook you up. Would give em 6 stars if I could. Man has his two kids working in there with him.. totally family establishment 😂 don’t be fooled though, this fam knows how to throw down! Super kind folks tbh 🫡 Go show these guys some love ❤️🙏🏼💕 Ps. Very good fish tacos. The fish in my order was maybe a little on the dry side, but my 2 colleagues had no complaints on theirs. Either way, still one of the better fish tacos I’ve had! Macaroni salad that dish comes with was also tasty

Amazing fish taco place!! I can tell you from experience that you do not need to order the two taco plate, we both got a two taco plate and it lasted us 4 meals collectively! The pricing is really good for the amount of food you get. There's seating inside which is great, and a bathroom. The food didn't take too long, and the staff was super nice. The food itself was so yummy!! Their Mac salad, fries, slaw, and rice all come with the tacos, and were so good. I highly recommend it!

We ordered the mauka makai plate lunch to share since we didn’t want to eat too much but wanted to try different mains. I liked every part of this plate lunch. The coleslaw under the Mac nut pesto was tangy fresh and I was surprised by the tuna macaroni salad. While waiting you can take in the beach art on the walls. An example of one that made me chuckle is below in the photos.
