Moved to the neighborhood so thought to check it out. Heard many good things about this place. Food was home style and very tasty! Lady server was very nice. Lots of banchan (side dishes)! My other half really liked this place!
Ordered online and got the bulgogi + chicken combo, in addition to the kimchi fried rice. The portions are HUGE, so take that into account when ordering. Definitely worth the price paid. The kimchi was pretty average. I would have preferred it with more heat, but the greens and potatoes were good. Kimchi fried rice was about the same. Good, but would have loved a little more heat. Chicken and bulgogi were fantastic!
Not the best service but not terrible. I come here for the food and it 10/10 good. I finish the the food every time. The soondubo is my fav
My favorite Korean food restaurant, we come here at least once a month for dinner. Gotta go early because this place is small so it fills up fast! Their seafood pancake is tasty with a great crust. Their tofu soup is one of the best I've tasted and their meats are delicious. Only thing I don't care for here is their meat-jun. Never had issues with their service. Free parking in the back.
Great spot for Korean Soondobu (Spicy Tofu Soup)! I was craving some Soondobu since I haven't had it in a while and glad I came across this place. Typical Hawaiian price but it was well worth the meal. Just like most Korean restaurants came with a variety of side dishes called Banchan. This place had bean sprouts, spinach, potato, radish kimchi and regular kimchi (Korean spicy pickled cabbage). They had a combo option to add on another dish so I had the one with fish. Not sure what fish it was but it was good. You definitely need to eat the soup and the fish with some rice as both were on the salty side. They do have a variety of soon dubu but I have with the popular seafood option. If you like seafood, you can't go wrong with this option. The soup came with a mussel, a few clams,
