I ordered three sandwiches through DoorDash, two bags of hot fries and two Sweet teas I received the three sandwiches and the two bag rice but no sweet tea when I went to open up the sandwiches I had bread cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce one piece of meat so I complain to DoorDash and they gave me $4.40 back so I called the store to complain to the store, not ask them to remake the sandwiches or give me money back but to complain about the person who was making a sandwich. The lady was so rude and ignorant towards me. It was crazy. I actually speak to the manager she said she is the manager. I actually speak to a general manager give me The General manager‘s phone number or corporate offer number. She hung up on me so I called back from a different phone to ask. Went last night and ordered food. It was made pretty quickly but the food was disgusting. It was missing stuff that I had added and was just thrown together sloppily (burrito was open on both ends… store was not busy there was maybe 1-2 other people). But really my complaint is that it made me vomit within 2 hours. And for $5 these stuffed nachos my son ordered was pathetic. Tonight I went to buy something at the register and at the very least I waited 15 minutes to even be acknowledged. The first 8 minutes or so there was no employee in site. Then I did see one walk behind the counter, made eye contact with me then proceeded to do things like change the trash and then basically walking around in the back trying to look busy. I assumed that wasn’t the cashier. By now it’s been 15-

Incredible service from all and quick turnaround for food. Woman behind the counter stood out to us in the best way, she was kind to everyone who walked in the door, greeting many by name and showing genuine interest in their day!!

I went to get the tots platter because I heard it recently got put back on the menu and we used to love these platters and this is what I got, (pictures) We ordered the tots with onion, nacho cheese, and chili. The tots were cold and barely had ANY toppings, and this tiny box was $9. They used to come in large plastic containers but now they come in thin cardboard boxes that fall apart on the 7 minute drive home

Usually love Sheetz always have. But the new MTO layout to the meal deals im not a fan. The drink station never has lids think my business will be going other gas station and stick the the meal deals at taco bell ans McDonald’s. Have a good one Sheetz
