Chipotle Mexican Grill

Rocked my socks SMOOVE off. Haven’t had Chipotle this good since I was a slender James. Real proper environment and I hope the staff all get rich. Absolutely stupendous service and BOOMING flavor. Just straight up insane and every chipotle within a 200 mile radius better count they days. THIS IS THE BLUEPRINT . I would follow the staff into the combat and they are all invited to my wedding. In fact, they may be in the wedding because I might marry them.

Would give zero stars if I could,these idiots left bay leaves in the rice and tried to choke us to death, when we called the corporate number they accused us of not having the receipt and assured us that chipotle would not have put bay leaves in the rice,the forgot it was in there.look at the pictures I'll never go back there.only reason I went was because I had a free queso coupon

Today they did the BOGO offer. My kids begged me to go. We haven't been there in 2 years. We had already had bad experiences with Chipotle but the last one at the Chipotle restaurant in Fairlawn, OH was the last straw. They had about half a cup of rice left and a few beans, mind you it was around 7pm. We asked for 2 bowls but the guy instead of asking for more rice and beans scraped the containers and get us about half a cup of rice and 8 BEANS. My husband and I looked at each other in disbelief. I told him "Don't worry, we can wait for you to get more food from the kitchen" He looked at us dead serious and said "This is the normal portion size we serve.'" If we could have dropped our jaws on the counter... We thought for a moment it was a joke but no it wasn't. We have eaten at Chipotle

We go to Chipotle about once a month. We love the food when it good and plentiful! What we find is they are inconsistent on taste and serving size. This location is perhaps a little more inconsistent than other locations.

Norton’s Chipotle is honestly the best location I have ever visited! Every time I pick food up the staff is so incredibly friendly & personable. The portion sizes are 12/10. The dining area / kitchen is always so clean. I recommend this location to everyone. I swear I leave with a smile on my face every time! Thanks Norton Chipotle for being so amazing!! Keep doing you!!
