Arby's

I went to the Arby's restaurant in Norton, Ohio on Mon, Oct 13, 2025. I went thru the drive-thru and ordered a reg. roast beef sandwich and and 2 potato cakes. I placed the bag on the passenger seat, next to me. When I got home, I picked up the bag and placed my hand on the bottom of the bag, only to find it was wet! But I did not order a drink so why would it be wet? That's when I noticed there was grease on the seat, where the bag had been setting. When I got inside my house I took the food items out of the bag and took pictures. It looks like whoever filled my order, took the potato cakes directly out of the fryer and dumped them in the cardboard container they come in. They obviously weren't allowed to drain, out of the fryer. Even my receipt was covered in grease because I had to look

7:40 p.m. on a Saturday and they have the restrooms closed bad business laziness just so they could clean them early and have it done how to get my carry out and go somewhere else to use a restroom are you freaking kidding me

Employees were very cheerful and friendly. And service was surprisingly fast. Went thru drive thru, didn't take very long at all. And there was at least 4 or 5 cars in front of me. Food was hot and looked fresh. Would recommend

Love Arby's! I don't understand, when going thru the drive thru. I can see McDonald's drive thru. It's packed but Arby's there isn't 1 car.. it's just hard to believe that people prefer McDonald's over Arby's. Even I think mcdonald is just as pricey, maybe cheaper! IDK, weirdos! Lol 😂.

Went to Arby's about 3:15. Got two fish sandwiches that are my favorite.... As you can see in the photos it came out golden brown and they are so delicious. I will be coming back until they stop selling them...👍👍👍👍
