I don’t leave reviews- but if I could I would give 0 STARS!! My family and I usually go to the Clifton Sharks location and always have a great experience, but today we decided to try the Botany location — and it was truly horrible from start to finish. We had to ask for utensils because none were brought out. The French onion soup came out cold, with the cheese barely melted. Then it got worse… 3 out of 4 orders of fries came out after almost 40 minutes, and the 4th order didn’t come out until 20 minutes after that — and it was ICE COLD. The wings were the final straw. They came out raw, pink, cold, and fatty — nothing like the Sharks wings we’ve been eating for years. We brought everything to the waiter’s attention and he did offer to remake the wings, but at that point we were already

The food here is great. Certain nights of the week have various specials. Happen to go on .90$ wing night. The steamers were equally delicious. y favorite thing was the cookie cake with ice cream. The service here was a bit of a mess. There must have been a disconnect because we had multiple servers non of whom communicated with each other. Regardless the food was delicious.

Came here with a buddy a week ago. Definitely solid wings and the fries are to die for, but the service is often behind and the ambiance is nice but provides me with Applebee’s-vibes. However if you you can forgive the other two, the food is pretty solid especially for a wing place that offers tons of different sauces.

The food was outstanding! The atmosphere was pleasant and welcoming, and the staff was very friendly. Every dish was delicious, and the fish was incredibly fresh and of excellent quality. I am very happy with my experience and definitely giving this place five stars!

Just have to say, I love that they use songs that are the explicit version. 10/10 for atmosphere. We had base line wings, Medium and Sharkys Sauce. Medium is your standard really good buffalo sauce. Made the wings a little soggy because the put so much. The Sharkys Sauce is good but nothing that blows your head off. Service… it was ok. Nothing wrong at all. Could’ve been better, we were 2 of less than 10 people there, wouldn’t you make sure the experience is better. Especially around March Madness Season. Wouldn’t you want people coming back. Bars a dime a dozen, no one wants to go out anymore, make it special.
