Shake Shack

Ordered the Smoke Shack with lettuce and tomato and a Chicken Shack with added bacon, cherry peppers and shack sauce to (a chicken smoke shack if you will), along with some cheese fries. The service was friendly, fast and very accommodating. Didn't get a picture of the chicken (smoke) shack but I'm told it was delicious. The smoke shack itself was very good as well. Bacon could have been a bit more crispy but I'm sure I could've asked for it that way.

Uncooked bacon on my Smoke Shake. (See photo) walked back to our seats before I discovered. Glad I didn't eat it. Burger was medium. Not a fan of red meat in fast food burgers.

This place does not have the same quality as ANY other Shake Shack I have ever visited. Really bad. First, when I asked for onions on my cheeseburger I was told they don't serve onions. All the other shacks have a choice of raw or cooked. We got our food almost immediately which told me the burgers were precooked. My burger was red in the middle which is not normal and when I returned it they said the same thing and again immediately had another burger ready for me. This one was cooked but tasted just awful - didn't have the usual juicy sirloin taste. I threw it away and was out $36 with a $4 tip for two cheeseburgers, small fries and one soda. They jack up the prices because it's at the track but don't maintain the quality standards of typical Shake Shacks. Steer clear of this place there

Prices are high, burger and fries are identical to every other Shake Shack. The track isn't my thing but I'll go for the Shake Shack

I love this place so much! As a family who owns race horses we’ve been spending summers in Saratoga and this place is by far the best food point at the track! Their cheeseburgers and milkshakes are amazing! Cannot wait to be back this summer!
