Scoops Ice Cream Parlor

Seriously the best ice cream place in Pigeon Forge, hands down! You have to get a fresh, handmade cinnamon waffle cone. Thank me later! This is a family owned and operated parlor. The ice cream is handmade with love and quality! The atmosphere is also warm and welcoming, which makes it even better. Scoops has now become an establishment that I have to stop at, every time that I’m in this area. Great ppl and great ice cream!

Soooo yummy! My boyfriend and I decided to try I think it was called the ice-cream flight in a waffle cone. We chose 4 different ice-cream flavors: coffee, blackberry cobbler, apple pie, and I think the other was peanut butter brownie. The waffle cone was flavored too which was nice, pumpkin! Got to pick the flavor and was made fresh! Never seen that before. 😊 The lady at the counter was extremely helpful and patient, especially because I had a hard time picking between all the flavors. There was seating available as well as a bathroom which was much needed after a long day of driving. Would definitely recommend and there's so many flavors to choose from and lots of options! Its off the main strip which is nice to get away from all the traffic. 😊

Came down from Michigan and am sad this is not in my neighborhood at home. Hands down the best ice cream I’ve had in my 48 years (try the pistachio!). The family is lovely. The shop is cute. It’s warm and friendly. Amazingly done. So great I just finished it in the parking lot and had to give a 5 star immediately. Thank you so much!

If you’re anywhere near Dollywood or the Smoky Mountains, Scoops is a MUST! Every ice cream flavor is homemade onsite in small batches and you can taste the quality in every bite. Classics like vanilla, chocolate, coffee and peanut butter are perfection. They always have unique and seasonal flavors too. Think Chocolate Orange, Double Chocolate Chip Cookie, Coconut chip... Summer includes a lot of sorbets like Cantaloupe, Raspberry, and Pineapple. In the fall, you have to try a Cinnamon Waffle Bowl (freshly made when you order!) with Pumpkin, Peach Cobbler or Apple Pie ice cream. YEA THIS IS THE PLACE FOR ICECREAM!! The ice cream was STELLAR with some unique choices! Prices were fair for homemade ice cream and great flavors. All this to say the shop felt cluttered with random decor and a few places to sit. They had 36 flavors but a decent bit were out, means great flavors though. The workers were pretty nice and process was decently quick. They had Christian music which was a plus.
