I ordered on the app and asked for half the icing - which they did perfectly. The issue is that the cookie is hard as a rock. There's no email listed, so I can't send you my receipt, but I'd like a refund. Behold the rock cookie.

This isn't about the quality of the cookies but the quality of service. I walked in to pick up an order and was not acknowledged for over 5 minutes. When I entered an employee was talking to a friend/customer and she went straight to the back without asking me if I need any help. I attempted to get the attention of a young kid that was standing at the front and was ignored till raised my hand to get his attention. His only words were "they will help you" as I continued to be ignored. I don't live here and have no plans of returning, but this was one of the most rudest experiences I have had.

We always stop by for the most delicious cookies and amazing service! We ordered online and no problems with pickup. We were immediately greeted by a pleasant, smiling face and our order was ready!! My daughter loves Crumbl Pigeon Forge! This was her one request when she found out we were coming to visit!
