Moonshine Mountain Cookies & Ice Cream

The best ice cream I’ve ever had!! I had the funky monkey that’s made with real bananas and Oreos. My husband had the strawberry cake flavor. He loved it too!! We will try the cookies before we head home. They looked scrumptious! The store was extremely clean and they offer a sitting area with a view of the strip.

The ice cream was incredible. We ordered the ice cream boat so we could sample three different flavors, and every single one was a hit. The cookies were just as good — soft, fresh, and full of flavor. Our only mistake was discovering this place on our last day in Pigeon Forge. Do yourself a favor: go early in your trip… and then go back again.

Delicious cookies and fun flavors! We loved all the flavors we tried! The caramel crunch ice cream was also delicious and tasted like real caramel and not just flavored!

I stopped by this ice cream shop on a whim, and it turned out to be such a delightful surprise! The moment you walk in, the place smells amazing — sweet, fresh, and inviting. Wendy is one of their staff and were super friendly and patient, happily offering samples and helping me choose the perfect flavor (which wasn’t easy because everything looked so good!). If you’re in the area, this place is a must-visit! Whether you’re a classic vanilla lover or love adventurous flavors, you’ll definitely find something to fall in love with here. 🍦💖

I'm an ice cream lover and have had some great ice cream in my life. Moonshine is now my favorite. I had the raspberry cheesecake. My wife had the coffee brownie. My daughter had the chocolate chip cookies dough. Three very different flavors. All three were superb and thoroughly enjoyed. The freshness of the real ingredients is apparent right away from the first taste. The texture and creaminess is exactly what hard ice should be like. Just the perfect amount of sweetness. I hope they open a shop one day back home in the Nashville area because I will miss this ice cream until our next visit.
