Pigeon Forge Public Library

The folks at this library are so helpful.

Julie & Lillian are outstanding individuals! They were extremely helpful during my visit. They were effective with setting up the equipment I needed for my meeting and provided other resources that I may have needed. The atmosphere was inviting and clean. I loved observing the children's story time held at this location. Great community involvement !

Nice little library. The staff are friendly and eager to help. The problem is, they are a little too friendly and socialize a lot. No one knows how to whisper. Everyone speaks in a normal voice, which makes it difficult to study and write papers. There was a teenage boy that was playing a video game. The volume was low. I didn't mind it until his friend joined him, and they started speaking loudly. Several times they used swear words. No one stopped them, even though they were close to the front counter. I guess the staff was too busy socializing to notice??

I don't think they could find nicer folks to work in this library, if they tried. They're always super helpful and friendly. It's really been a blessing to me in my life in the past few years. Thank you for all you do. 🙏🧡

The Library really helped us out when our meeting room fell thru on our latest marriage retreat in the area. Everything was clean and the employees were helpful!
